Regrouting tile

 I work in a nursing home as the maintenance man. Our kitchen floor is red tile. It has grease in almost all the grout joints. We have floor drains in the floor. Will a pressure washer clean the grout and what will I have to do to regrout the tile. I have never regrouted before

 Has anyone installed a sterling 60" seated shower receptor with wall surrounds on a concrete slab. The new unit did not come with a shower drain. there is a hole in the bottom That is 3-5/16" (8.4cm) and it calls for a drilled hole in slab oor foundation of 4-1/2" (11.4cm). the old drain line... 
Regrouting old tile

 My house was built in the 40's and it has that little mosaic tile. There are a few places where I need new grout but most of it just needs to be cleaned up. Do I have to dig out ALL of the grout? Is there something that I could regrout with that would stick to the old grout and make it look...
