    is the air from central air condition cool enough?
    The Return temperature = 80
    Out of the air condition = 73
    Is my central air condition working fine? Is the air cool enough?

    NO,, its not working fine,, is the filter clean? Sounds like its time to get someone to look at it,, it probably run about all the time,, using a lot of electric and not doing you any good
