    Central air doesn't cool
I am not getting cool with my Rheem central air system. Why might this system not be blowing cold air?

OK.. hope you can understand this. When ours did that we called an airconditioning guy, and since he was so booked he gave us the advice I'm going to give to you. Under our furnace is a, what my husband calls, the cooling vent. Can't remember the actual name. It looks like the radiator on a car except its more of a triangle with the top cut off. (makes sense, huh). The guy said to clean that. I just used hot water (no soap) and a nail brush to GENTLY clean the grill. Worked like a dream after that. Are your ac lines frozen?
