    Water will not turn off!
I was trying to replace the fixtures on my bathtub... long story short... I kept the same fixtures but after putting the fixture back in place... It will not turn the water off.
The fixture is a single knob that controls the hot and cold. Help!!

I have an outside water spigot that will not completely close the water off. There is not any leakage from the spigot handle, so adjusting the bonnet did not help. I suspect there must be a worn washer or such, but I need some advice and hopefully a diagram to help me out with this job. Thanks...
