    Removing adult child from house
    Hello,

I am having problems with my stepson, he flies into rages and cannot take criticism. He does not work, his vehicles are not insured but he drives them anyway. I have found evidence of pot, etc.

I want him out of the house but am at a loss at what to do except with force. How can I get the police/courts to help me have him removed.

I guess you could file a report with the police about the pot, and driving without insurance. That may get him out of the house - and in jail, maybe, temporarily. But that would be very cruel -- wouldn' t he become a homeless, pothead? Perhaps turning to (more) crime to survive? Does he have other family he could live with? Just suggestions. His biological mom or dad?
