    Don't see changes
    I have been working out a little over a month now and I have been eating healthy. I feel better but I don't see any changes on my body.what am I doing wrong?

    Sometimes you don't lose an ounce but at the same are losing inches. Measure your basics in the morning,chest, waist, thighs, hips and mark those measurements down. Then measure again a week later. I bet you will see a difference.

    Your not doing anything wrong.. in fact your doing everything right! Just because you don't look good doesn't mean anything (this can be sorted out by toning your body.. try a gym maybe) what your doing is fantastic for your body and please, don't stop because you are a very healthy person!

    Losing weight it takes patience and discipline just continue your exercise and diet. For sure it will create a good outcome into your body...
