    AWG size for 40 amps.
Remodeling kitchen. I now have an oven with 8AWG and a 30 amp breaker. The new oven requires 40 amps. The run is 20 feet. Will the 8 awg do with a 40 amp breaker?

    Thanks,

    Shortround3.
