I installed a new toilet drain upstairs in my garage and part way down there are are a couple of 90s I had to install that covers a foot and a half area that don't have a angle on it and then it goes into a 8 foot drop will this affect the flow and cause a clog in this area possible

I don't think that the 1.5 foot pipe without pitch is a problem here... but I am wondering if you vented this toilet?

This toilet should have a 2" vent that goes out the roof. Without the vent you can be sure your toilet will at times, act funny and may eventually clog due to fact that the toilet waste is not self-scouring the pipes as it would if vented properly.

Mark has valid concerns. While the force of the flush will push the discharge past the spot with no fall the two 90's will slow it down considerably. Whether solids will drop and clog is a crapshoot. I hope the pipe that you connected to went out the roof. Either way, you have a problem, if the pipe didn't go up through the roof then your potty's not vented and if it did then you have changed your vent stack into a stack vent and you're discharging a major fixture,(your potty) past unvented minor ones, (the bathroom group under it) and that, my friend, is a code no-no. Tell us what you've done and we'll go from there. Regards, Tom

First I want to thank you both for your response and not to worry I do have that line hooked in to a 3" vent through the roof I was just concerned about the one area that had the flat spot. Nothing worse then cleaning out sewage lines. As a first time user I really like this site hope to get more familiar on how to use it better Thanks again KWZ
