    Right of quiet enjoyment
Right of quiet enjoyment, does it apply to a lease that expired?
I am renting a parking lot and my lease expired but I've been paying rent monthly, now the landlord wants to give access of the lot to another person while collecting the same amount of rent from me is this legally OK?
