    Dad deceased both our names on deed his only on loan
    Mine and my dads names are both on deed to house and our spouses are on it as spouses but my dad is the only name on the loan he is now deceased so what happens to loan and will mom lose anything if they take house

    There are so many possible variables here this would be hard to answer without all the details.

    Did he have any life insurance? Did he have any Mortgage Insurance? What assets did he leave? Is this a Mortgage or a contract for deed? Can the mortgage be assumed? Did he leave a will and appoint an executor?

    I think that you really should consult with an attorney to find out all the legal issues, most will give you a free initial consultation.

    Several things, first did the mortgage company know everyone else was on the deed. But what is suppose to happen, is the family keeps paying the mortgage. If the mortgage is not paid they will foreclose on the home.
    So you can just keep paying the loan, notify them and see about being added. Have the estate pay for the mortgage.

    But the short of it, the mortgage will have to be paid of they will foreclose
