    Paternal Rights
My brother and his (now separated) wife were married in Burlington, Ontario and they both moved to Vancouver B.C. where she got pregnant. She decided to leave him 6 months pregnant and fly to Holland where her parents reside to have the baby, my niece was born in Holland and the mother decided to then move to Ontario all while my brother was still in Vancouver. I have now convinced my brother to move nack to Ontario now that his daughter is 1 and a half years old, we set him up with a job and he is looking for a place to live as he is staying with me. My question is... the mother has now informed all of us that she did not put my brother's information on the Birth Certificate, she is leaving and going back to Holland (without his signature) with their daughter for the entire month of June and is power tripping over where and when my brother will see his daughter. She has stripped away everything from the time she was pregnant and is refusing to give it back.

    PLEASE HELP!

Well why has he not taken her to court to get partial custody, or at least visitation ordered though the court? He is doing everything except those things required by law.

He JUST moved back from Vancouver, he knows that he has to go through the courts, I was just asking advice or if anyone knew some of his paternal rights.
