To be on the safe side ask your doctor. When I was pregnant I took nothing but aspirin and then only sparingly. You may not be able to take that particular antibiotic if you are pregnant. Best to be safe than sorry - ask the dr.

Is she your OBGYN Dr. You need to ask her again about any contraindications. Better to be safe than sorry. It also depends on how far along you are also.

These three medications are commonly used together and do not pose a threat during pregnancy.
Nitrofurantoin is more commonly known as Macrobid and is commonly given when a UTI is suspected, it is contraindicated in pregnancy between 38-42 weeks. So you are safe with this one.
Phenazopyridine is commonly known as Pyridium, it will cause your urine to turn red or orange. This is prescribed for the pain associated with UTI, either upper UTI (kidney) or lower UTI (bladder). It is, in essence, a pain reliever, not an antibiotic. It is commonly given during pregnancy.
Metronidazole, otherwise known as Flagyl, is an antibiotic used for known or suspected bacterial infections. It, too, is common to give during pregnancy.
My source is the Epocrates Pharmacopia for medical professionals.
So, you see, these medications are commonly used during pregnancy, it's okay, and imperative that you take them. Untreated UTI (either upper or lower) can cause some very severe problems with pregnancy, labor, and/or delivery, as well as possible bad baby outcomes.

But in another thread of yours you question an UTI... these are given when a UTI is suspected also.
Remember that a UTI can either be in the bladder OR the kidneys. You mention possible kidney stones, kidney stones, while traveling through the ureters, can cause an upper UTI. It is very possible that you are taking these to prevent that.
But, better than asking us, since we really don't know your medical history and cannot read your lab work, ask your doctor. He/She is the one who prescribed them, we cannot second guess the reason they were prescribed without reading your medical record.
