I know I am driving myself crazy for no reason, but.
Back in November I forgot my pill for a few days and got my period. On the first day that I got my period I had unprotected sex. I have been freaking out since. I have been to the doctor for my 'yearly' and he did an 'internal' exam as well as a test. I have also done about 1-2 tests per week since November and they have all come back negative. I have also gotten my period on time since I am on the pill. I DO NOT want to be pregnant, but I think looking on the internet got me worked up, since some people say that the HPT's are not always that active. I took the most recent one yesterday (at 24 weeks since the time) and it came back negative. Is it time for me to let all this go?

Uh, YES!
If you got pregnant in November - you would be 6 or more months pregnant. You would be showing, you would feel kicks -
You are NOT PREGNANT!

Seems to me that you're finding things to worry about, you even said it yourself, you got your period on time, why are you putting yourself through this.. and yes you would be 6 months pregnant now, and unless you're very obese I think you would had noticed this by now.. (sorry if you're overweight, didn't mean to insult you)
Do you suffer from anxiety?

Ummm, you can quit worrying. If you were pregnant you would be in your sixth month by now and would not be getting periods. Also, you would be showing, and most likely feeling baby move.
No, you are not pregnant.

As everyone else has said... Yes, it is time to let it go. First off, you had sex at one of the least likely times to get pregnant. While some women do find a urine test does not pick up a pregnancy for several weeks, and some women do have some bleeding throughout pregnancy (thinking it is their period), and some women do not show much until the very end, and some women do end up going through a pregnancy without realising it... these occurrences are not the norm. You have done numerous tests, your doctor did an internal exam (which he would have been able to feel the changes of pregnancy) as well as doing a test in the office, all of which have been negative.
Time to relax and move on...

I am slightly over-weight, but I have been feeling my stomach area and it is not even slightly hard. When I was pregnant the first time at 12 weeks I wasn't able to sleep on my stomach because of the baby. And I am still able to sleep on my stomach with no problems. I do suffer from anxiety, is it that obvious.
Also, thank you everyone else who replied. It makes me feel better to know that this is in my head. I mean after 40 some odd tests, I would think it would appear...

Yea I thought you had anxiety, I suffer from it too, I take medication. It's really frustrating being a prisoner of my anxiety. Maybe you should see a doctor or something.. it's worth the try

I'm going to see my doctor next Wednesday to talk this out. Because I know it my head I am fine, but something triggers the thought I'm not, and then the anxiety kicks in. It's horrible.
