    Changing Custody over to the other parent
    My 12 year old son lives with my ex-husband and Now wants to come and live with me do I have to get a lawyer to do thid?

    To avoid problems, yes, even if your ex-husband agrees. Is he living with your ex by Court Order? Then that should be changed. If you are in agreement you can handle it without an Attorney; if not, you need an Attorney because at 12 what your son wants will be heard but may not carry much weight.
