Wires weren't labelled and am pretty sure I've configured them wrong on thermostat
I'm having a real bad time trying to get my thermostat to configure with my A/C unit.. the heating works.. the fan works.. but the A/C won't turn on. I've had the technician out and know it does work

I have a red, orange, white and blue wires

THe set up on my thermostat is as follows:

    RC
    RH
    G
    Y

    What should go where??

Its not the normal colors hook up for a heat/cool system. You will need a jumper wire from RH to RC. I'm not sure how your heat is working with out a wire or connection for or on W. G-blower, RC- 24v hot cooling,RH- 24v hot heating, Y-compressor.
