My brother got charge with a felony of thef of 3 degree, because he was working an a retail store and want time he supposed to throw a camera to the garbage and instead of that he kept it. Them the were 2 more guys , that were stealing merchandise well , they put inside of a barbecue box play station thinks like that, and one time they ask my brother if he has a credict card to pay that, and they give him the money in cash because in the morning they only can paid with cash and my brother said yes and he did not know that inside the box was another stuff, and them the lost prevention of the store got him in tape , and in Friday they were working and the lost prevention call my brother and they ask him was they were stealing things from the store if he knew what was inside the box and he said no and they show the time that he was taking the camera from the garbage, what can we do to help my brother he is 20 years, he said that he is going to returned the camera if he has to do it , because that the only thing that he has, what can we do please guide me with that, he got court on may 9 . Help me please, if you have someone that can read spanish I can explain much better in spanish please I need your help thank you so much

You really don't know just how much of this he is being charged with - I would get an Attorney. If you can't afford one, ask for an appointed Attorney. Giving the camera back is not going to make things any easier on him.

Yes, since the camera was suppose to be thrown away ( if I really was) that will not be a problem, but all of the other stuff is.
This can be very serious, he needs an attorney, he needs not to talk to police or DA without the attorney.
