The end of a relationship is hard and the only thing that will heal the wound is time. Get into the practice of pushing her out of your mind every time she creeps in. You won't always be successful but you will get better at it.

You likely can't get her back. It's been three months and she's probably moving on by now.

Focus on YOU now. Get into a hobby, focus on your studies, work, friends. Keep busy and you will find you have less time to think about her. Trust me, this too shall pass.

Its all about healing through staying busy rebuilding a life that you enjoy without her. What did you do before you got with her? Nothing wrong with needing more than 3 months of being without her to get it together. Stay busy. I learned how to properly do the backstroke after one particularly hard break up.

You need to let her go. She told you she isn't into you anymore. . There is no "winning her back".

It's hard to accept sometimes. It's normal for her to pop in your head from time to time because you obviously cared for her. You will get through this and will find someone that makes you feel the same way (if not better).

Just roll with it and try to find things to occupy your time.
