I Can't Figure Out The Wires From The Thermostat And The Wires In The Furnace Itself

It is a heating and AC only or is it a heat pump with auxiliary heat, and is the heat gas or electric.

In the furnace you should have 5 terminals (wrgyc) the go to same in thermostate
(wrgyc). Also from the furnace you have 2 wires going to the condenser, they should be terminated at y anc in the furnace. That should get you going. Try to use one heat one cool thermostat.
