Not familiar with TX auto title's but I would think all you need is yours as the buyer and the seller's signature. I would get a bill of sale if you haven't already done so and if you can find the seller now. Check with TX DMV to see what constitutes a legal bill of sale, i.e.. Either two witnesses or two witnesses AND a notary or just a notary?Quote:
