The plumber just needs to remove the old TA25b using an Allen wrench and a 1/4" lag bolt. Here, the lag bolt screws into the TA25b and then you pull on the lag bolt to remove the TA25b... grease up the oring on the new TA25b and push in to install the new one. Install the brass face with Allen wrench and all set.
