Unit comes on and the heat distribution fan comes on (strange) but the forced vent fan does not, then the glow igniter comes on and stays on but gas valve never kicks in nor does the exhaust fan.. heat distribution fan keeps going like it's a warm furnace?

The led on the panel lights red and stays red no flashes..

I'm stumped

What you have sounds like a simple problem, as are all of them with these furnaces. All you need to do is to use a meter to find the problem. It could be as simple as the switch on the burner exhaust/combustion air fan.
