When I installed the fan I tested my wiring and the fan seemed to be operating at normal high through low speeds but once I added the blades the fan seems to only operate in very low speed. It does reverse and shut off but when I go from medium to high it starts like it's going to speed up but then slows back to low. I bought 2 of these fans and switched the control module but still same results. Help please!!
