Thanks so much excon. Does it matter what county in Pa the title company is located or would it be better to use one in Huntingdon County ?

Since the title company will be doing a title search ( physcially in the court house) the local one will most liekly be able to do it for a better price) But it should not matter if you have someone who have always used, they will merely hire a title search to be done by local companies that do title searches for companies.
