New battery, Checked terminals . I don't know If it's the solenoid or wiring. I'm wounding if it could be the wiring between the solenoid and the fuel pump but I don't know . Don't really know anything about fords. Let me know what u guys think

If the starter motor does not crank, check/replace the starter relay, likely located on the fender or firewall under the hood. Try cleaning the terminals/connectors first; if no joy, replace.

Also check the negative (ground) cable from the battery to the block and to the sheet metal.
