I lay odds that the pain when you have it is because as you say... "not in the mood" meaning you weren't lubricating at all and that will cause that part. THe pain when you urinate however is a separate issue... adn might be a urinary tract infection. I would recommend seeing a doctor about that. Some women are more prone to those than others... and if he didn't wash before sex it greatly increases the chances of it happening for you.
