Dishwasher will not do anything. I have replaced the Circuit Board and the pushbutton pad with new. I have checked the door switch and it is good. I have tried the normal wash/high temp normal wash/high temp cancel routine also and still nothing. Power to everything is on and Volt meter checked. What am I missing?

Could be the water level switch is stuck.

It sounds like a safety is open somewhere. You can turn off the power and go though it with the ohm meter until you find the spot where the circuit is open. There is a micro-switch in the door that can be open and other safeties you can find on the electrical diagram.
