    Hi

The new tub or tub/shower faucets should have a TEMPERATUE LIMITING DEVICE as part of the valve. Read the instructions provided or contact the manufacturer of the faucet and get proper instructions on how to make proper adjustments. Your valve temperature, once set, should not exceed 125F at a maximum (use store bought thermometer from hardware store to set temp.).
