Hi - I live in a new building. I seem to have decent water pressure from the hot tap, but less from the cold tap. The gauge in the upstairs airing cupboard shows bar at 3 but psi as 0. I've checked the stop tap downstairs and it's fully open.

I also have an issue where turning on a tap drains water from the others, especially when flushing a toilet.
