My washer above has a piece that's broken off between the 2 drums inside and you can hear it bouncing around. How do I fix it? I can't find a local place that will fix it as parts are really hard to get-waited 6 months for a part about 6 years ago and I can't find the manufacturer's website to ask them! Help!

If I was you I would get a Whirlpool or Maytag washer. At least you can buy parts for those. I don't see any parts sold for your unit anywhere.
