1984 Columbia Steam Boiler with a 38C84 natural gas valve. Want to replace it with new valve and pilot light . Was told that 38c84 valve is obsolete and there is a kit to convert to a different valve. Boiler is 150,000 input - 120,000 output. Would like to install a new gas valve and a new standing pilot to keep things stupid/simple. Have not found a site with a model substitution table or adaptable valve listing.

What can be used for a replacement/substitute to the 38c84?
With or without pilot ignition. Altering the gas line is not a problem.
