Court datetoday how long till. I must vacate

Depends on the local court. I would guess, generally 10-14 days but it could be less, could be more. When were you given notice to vacate and why haven't you?

The court will inform you, assuming you are at court. If not, then in one or two days, they will place notice on door of home or give it to you normally.

Where I have rental property, I get mine done much faster, I can often get them out within 5 days to a week, ( esp if they don't show up in court to ask for more time) about the longest I ever had to wait was 10 days.
