I have been reading like crazy and can't find a solution. Just bought a house and the toilet downstairs leaks every time it is flushed. Took the toilet off and the flange is 1/2" high. I was going to cut it off and install an inside flange but it is already an inside flange glued in place. It's 4" abs pipe in a concrete basement floor.
