Well I have recently fallen for a girl at first she was dating a friend while that was going on I was crushing on her but out of a sudden my friend left her for some one else I've done my best to get her but she says she not ready for a relationship and if I can just wait I feel that I get closer to her everyday I'm at the point were she tells me she cares and sends me kisses but I don't know what I should do any advise would really help

Is she saying 'if you can just wait' or are you saying that to yourself? Big difference.

You are sounding desperate and that is not attractive. You don't just pounce on a girl after she has broken up with someone. She has already told you what to do. Wait!
