Dishwasher controls don't light up on touch, can't start the DW. Checked power to dishwasher, it's OK. This is the second time this problem has occurred.
The repairman fixed the problem last time using a special lubricant to the door latch. He showed me the diagnostic start sequence, using three keys pressed 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3. Tried that this time and nothing happens.
