My question is I live in New York (brooklyn) and I have 10 years probation with y.o that is youthful offender and I have no record but what I'm worried is due to the case which is a sex crimes case that I want to tranfer to Florida for a new start will Florida accept me or deny me

You have to go through your probation officer and the courts to approve it. Then you get all your records transferred IF approved. Then when you get to Florida you have to register yourself as a sex offender where ever you move to
