We have had our tank cleaned and now know we have a blockage probably by roots. When we dug the line up coming out of the tank, we have Orangeburg pipe. When replacing it, what type of pipe can I use? Can I use field tile or perforated?

replace the Orangeburg with PVC. You may use either terra-cotta drainage tile or perforated PVC. In my area we stopped using terra-cotta tile years ago and went with PVC. Good luck, Tom

If you are going to replace all the piping, consider the "Infiltrator" chamber system.
