Where does the jumper wire go on a spa panel for 50 amp
I was given an older jacuzzi spa with a balboa H136 circuit board. It was set up for 110v and I am converting it to a 220v. My question is about the 50 amp jumper wire, there isn't one there for the 20a or the 50a. What type of wire and where does go to for the 50amp?

What jumper wire are you talking about?
You say "the" 50 amp jumper wire. You make it seem like every spa has this jumper when that is not nearly the case. Some spas are convertible from 120V to 240V or 120/240V, but not most.
You'll have to give us quite a bit more info or background on this spa.
