Giving up all rights to a child
I need to fill out my own formes to give up all my rights to my child.
I can't afford to pay a lawyer we want to do them ourselves. Me and the mom.
    Thanks edson

Evidently you didn't read this thread.

There are no forms because "giving up rights" is a myth (except as part of an adoption). And even if you could do it, that wouldn't end your duty to pay child support.

You can not give up rights to a child. You may choose not to use your rights to visit or have anything to do with child. You do have to pay your obligations in child support and other costs
