My outside unit works fine in AC mode-- outside temp is 65-70° suction pressure is 65 discharge pressure is 225

When in heat mode after app 5 minutes the suction pressure is 25 and the discharge pressure is 350

The compressor will kick out because of the internal safe circuit

Removed sensing bulb for the TXV above the filter and heated it to see if this made a difference -- it did not.

Is my TXV vale causing the restriction?

Or what is my problem.
