There are no dating ages, there is a age for sex, it is 16.

But the parents of the minor 16 year old will have to know about the dating and approve.

There are no laws anywhere that I know of that cover dating. Any laws on age gaps refer to sexual activity.

However, at 15 you are under your parent's control. They have to approve any dating that you do. If they don't approve, then the 18 yr old could get in trouble for defying their instructions.

At your ages a 3 year gap is pretty wide and I would question why an 18 yr old would have any interest in a 15 yr old.
