But last time we tried it and I tried guiding him and he stared going fast it felt good, but I didn't orgasm but afterwards it hurted for so I stopped, he told me it was because I'm thinking about it hurting more than enjoying it

Women don't usually orgasm just with penetration. (Those x-rated videos are all made up and faked.) There has to be a build-up from his doing oral on her and her masturbating herself and him touching her there and all over. If she orgasms while he is inside her, count it a good day!
