I love canned pineapple and mandarin oranges in juice (not syrup) kinda gives you your sweet need.
Try this, drink 2 glasses of water and 1 ounce of nuts this aids in curbing craving. A couple sips of coffe, no sugar) also works to quench appetites. When you get these craving, try doing some streching exercises or take a quick walk around the block. You need to divert your attention away with other things to do. ;)Quote:
