That's a wonderful idea.

Whatever you end up doing, remember that it's more for you than it is for him. He won't remember this day. It's a celebration for those that will remember, you, his father, Aunts and Uncles. So don't go all out and spend tons of money trying to make it a special day for him. He really won't remember it.
