2000 windstar won't start -- replaced coli pack, cam & crank sensor. What else could it be?

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. This may lead you to a bad ignition switch.

. Check for codes.

. Ensure the CEL comes on and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON. If not, there may be an issue with the PCM.

. Clean the main PCM ground.

. Ensure the fuel pump runs, when the ignition switch is turned to ON.

. Ensure there is more than a token amount of fuel in the gas tank and that the fuel rail is fully pressurized.

. Check shift interlock solenoid, if the problem persists.
