Hard to start, won't start at times.
Sometimes sluggish while driving.
Fuel pump IS working (not too long ago replaced).
Throttle position sensor or fuel log relay?
Oh yeah, I think it's 3.3 V-6 (it's my neighbor's truck).

Sounds like it could be a failing Ignition Control Module (ICM), which is easy to replace.
