We were definitely making out and there was possibly some manual stimulation.
However, we both had our underwear on the next morning and like I said, no fluids at all in the bed or floor and I didn't notice anything coming out when I peed.
I'm just so paranoid about a pregnancy.

Then go to your OB/Gyn to check whether there was penetration.

Oh and if you are paranoid about pregnancy, then don't get so drunk in the future.

Scott, an OB/GYN cannot tell whether penetration occurred. There would have to be a rape kit done to determine this and most OB/GYNs don't have them in their offices as this is usually done in the ER.

I was going to suggest a rape kit but thought that this may not have been a very recent event.

In that case, the OP can only wait to see if they get their next period.

Rape kit has a chain of command once it is opened. I don't know if the OP would want to consider charging this guy with rape or attempted rape.

Panties can be put on and taken off, and I have know it to happen with some panties on, depending type and style.

So sorry it could have happened, no way to know.
