How do you know if the igniter is bad or if the control box isn't activating the igniter. Is it possible to check to lead wires going from the control box to the igniter without taking out the igniter assy. Much thanks to hvac 1000s for your input. What a great service you are doing because most people can't afford to hire a repairman and a furnace is such a important thing to many families.
