I have a troybuild 17.5 hp brigs.. rebuilt it and put everything back together the way it come apart and now it won't spin over when I turn the key.. the starter only moves the fly wheel one tooth.. but that's only if I don't keep on turning the key.. if I qait it will spin allmost a full turn.. all wires are xorrect and even got a new starter and batter.. need my mower running please help..

Sounds as if the valves are not adjusted to 0.006" or the flywheel ring gear is damaged.
