My lawnmower turns over but won't start. I replaced the fuse and it started right up and ran fine. Went out to use, and it did the same thing again. Tried a new fuse, but didn't work this time. Last summer the gas tank had a hole and leaked gas onto the wiring below it. Could the gas have done something to the wiring but I just can't see it?

Does the filter need changed? Is the gas cap vented and maybe clogged? That is what was wrong with my rider! Drain and change fuel completely, never use same fuel from last year. Check spark plug!

Thanks for the suggestions. I have cleaned the filter, and spark plug. The gas is new cause I changed the gas tank, it had a leak in it. I will check the gas cap. I thought it might be electrical cause the spark plug doesn't get a spark. Thanks again!
