    Plastic Drain valve
I am trying to remove the plastic drain valve on a GE water heater... The valave comes out, but I can't remove the plastic nipple. It is almost stripping
Any tricks to get it out?

    Hi Michlski

That plastic nipple is factory made in there so it will be hard to get out, for sure!

Get a pipe wrench if needed and get a good bite on the nipple and turn it out... should come out with good leverage... ;)
